Use for: the screen between payment and the thank-you page, where the customer can add one item without re-entering card details (needs the platform's post-purchase support or an upsell app).

Rules:
- The add-on is complementary and priced well below the original order. An irrelevant product is the main reason upsells get declined.
- Keep it to 1 offer, plus at most 1 downsell.
- Track the take rate (accepted ÷ shown).
